EraSmart DTF Oven for Uniform Curing with Adjustable Temp
The DTF Oven A4 is your essential tool for efficient and consistent DTF powder melting. Designed for precision and ease of use, this compact oven ensures your DTF prints are cured perfectly, ready for transfer.
Optimal Curing: Utilizes a contact heating plate for even and consistent melting of DTF powder, crucial for vibrant and durable transfers.
Precise Control: Easily adjust heating temperature (0-130℃) and heating time (0-999 seconds) to suit various DTF films and powders, giving you full control over the curing process.
Compact & Efficient: With a 22*32cm heating platform, it's perfectly sized for A4 prints, making it ideal for home studios, small businesses, or as a dedicated curing station.
Reliable Performance: Features a 650W rated power and available in 220V/110V options, ensuring stable and effective operation.
The DTF Oven A4 is engineered to streamline your direct-to-film printing workflow. Unlike convection ovens, its contact heating method directly applies heat to the DTF film, promoting a more uniform and complete melt of the adhesive powder. This results in superior wash fastness and a soft hand feel for your finished garments.
Its intuitive controls allow you to fine-tune the curing parameters, giving you the flexibility to work with different DTF powder particle sizes and film types. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced DTF printer, the A4 oven provides the reliability and precision needed for professional-grade results on every print run. Its durable construction is designed for consistent performance, making it a valuable addition to any DTF setup.

Using your DTF Oven A4 for optimal results is a straightforward process. Follow these steps for perfect powder curing every time:
Prepare Your Film: Carefully lay your freshly powdered DTF film onto the heating platform. Important: Ensure the printed image side is facing up, with the film itself resting on the heating surface.
Set Temperature & Time: Adjust the temperature and time settings using the control panel. Always start by referring to the powder manufacturer's recommendations for their specific powder and film.
Initiate Curing: Close the oven. The contact heating plate will then begin to melt the DTF powder evenly.
Remove & Cool Safely: Once the set time is complete, carefully open the oven. To prevent burns, we recommend using the film absorption pen (or a similar heat-resistant tool) that comes with your oven to safely remove your cured film. Allow the film to cool completely before proceeding with the transfer process.
For consistent, high-quality results, always consult the specific curing instructions provided by your DTF film and powder suppliers, and make minor adjustments based on your working environment.
Q: What is the ideal temperature and time for curing?A: Recommended settings vary depending on the specific DTF powder and film you are using. Always refer to your material supplier's guidelines. A common starting point is often around 100-120°C for 100-120 seconds, but this can differ.
Q: Can I cure other materials in this oven?A: This oven is specifically designed and optimized for melting DTF powder on DTF film. Using it for other materials is not recommended and may not yield optimal results or could damage the unit.
Q: Is this oven suitable for large-scale production?A: The A4 model is designed for smaller-scale operations, such as home-based businesses or for testing and prototyping. For high-volume production, a larger industrial DTF curing solution would be more appropriate.
Q: How do I clean the heating plate?A: Ensure the oven is unplugged and completely cool. Gently wipe the heating plate with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or liquids directly on the heating surface.
